Today I did bring a snack to work but my energy tanked later in the day.
Today’s Snack:
- Rice cake with Peanut Butter
- Almonds and Raisin
It was a beautiful day today in the low 80’s at lunch time when I went for a walk. For lunch I ate:
- Gourmet Lettuce
- Sweet Potato
- Olives
- Broccoli
- Chick Peas
- Shredded Carrots
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Kidney beans
- Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar
For dinner I had a cup of Gluten Free pasta with Pesto and a large salad. Breakfast was the usual eggs, beans and peas.
I did not drool last night while sleeping. I set my alarm to go off at 5:30 this morning (15 minutes early).
My new scale arrived and here is what I got from it:
- Weight: 238.2 lbs
- Body Fat: 29.1%
- Water: 51.1%
I am planning to do 1 hour of yoga at home tommorow morning (Burn Yoga) at 5:15.
