Daily Update Jan-13-2009

Today started out really good; but my energy level crashed in the afternoon.   I  brought two healthy snacks with me to work.

  • Yogurt with Flax Seed + Apple
  • Almonds + Orange

For lunch I ate the Sushi from Whole Foods – Salmon and Avocado (About 6 rolls ), Ginger and Wasabi

For dinner I ate:

  • 1 cup of roasted potatoes  ( not the best choice)
  • 8 oz of Roast beef
  • 1/2 cup of zucchini
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli with Cheese

For breakfast I squeezed 8 oranges that I picked off the tree in the
backyard.   I had my usuall breakfast of eggs and beans.   The rest of the day I drank only water and organic green
tea.

My energy level was very good until around 2:00 pm.   I just crashed after that; it was very hard to focus and do any work.  I did manage to resolve a couple of minor issues but it was a struggle.

Hopefully tomorrow my energy level will be better.   I plan to do yoga – assuming work doesn’t foil it up too bad.
