Daily Update Jan-14-2009

Today started out OK; but my energy level crashed in the afternoon.   I forgot to bring new snacks with me to work.  However I did have stuff already at my desk

  • Almonds + Raisins

For lunch I ate the salad bar  from the cafeteria at work- about 1.5 cups:

  • Gourmet Lettuce
  • Sweet Potato
  • Slice of 2 roasted potatoes
  • Olives
  • Broccoli
  • Chick Peas
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Kidney beans
  • Olive Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar

For dinner I ate:

  • 5 Tacos – Hamburger, Lettuce, Olives, Sour Cream, Cheese
  • 1/2 Refried Beans
  • 1/2 cup Rice

For breakfast  I had my usual breakfast of eggs and beans.   The rest of the day I drank only water and organic green tea.

My energy level was very good until around 2:30 pm.   I just crashed after that; it was very hard to focus and do any work.
